I enjoyed the charming Victorian decor throughout the hotel. The accessibility features.
More comfortable seating in public areas, please.

We stay in standard twin room quite often, it is new-fashioned and airy. The breakfast is cheap and amazing, and the location is amazing next to the tramway for The Orme, walking route / cable car / tram to the Orme and the pier at the end of the prom and the bottom of the Great Orme.

I loved that it was fairly clean and fantastic, the staff were exceptionally nice and rooms were cheap. I had reasonably priced room with many tables to choose from. The hotel had a great and fab location a few steps away from Leisure Parks.

Units with the smallest tv in the world. The marvellous location for the price, just off the sea, Great Orme, Llandudno.

Lovely views of the sea, engaging social events, varied evening entertainment
Cleanliness in both rooms and common areas needs serious attention!!! The decor and facilities feel painfully outdated, and bathroom fittings require urgent maintenance to enhance comfort.

The staff were always helpful and friendly, our room was clean and well serviced each day. The Grand is positioned beautifully, the area is nice and flat for walking and the shops are very good.
This was or third visit to the Grand but I'm very much affraid it will be our last, We have no complaints about the staff on any level but the food was dreadful. I certainly won't be putting my poor stomach through that agony again.

the room we we had on the sunday night was very basic.but we were upgraded to a better room, with a sea view.
The lunch on our first night was so bad,we had to eat out for the rest of our stay.I had gammon and it was so dried up it could not be cut up. Breakfast was a nightmare having to wait 20 min behind bus tours and no tables available when we eventually did get in.

Consider requesting specific dietary options ahead of time, as the menu may not cater extensively during busy dining hours.

The location is fantastic, right on the pier next to the sea. Lovely sea view from our room(with a balcony). A very good selection at breakfast. The price was excellent - £120 for two nights b/b for the two of us. That works out at £30 each per night, including a buffet breakfast and a sea view room. A real bargain.
The hotel has seen better days, and some of the staff are a "little lazy." We saw numerous instances where staff should have been on the ball regarding cleanedliness and hygiene matters, but it was clear that certain staff couldn't be "bothered."

Located right on the seafront, the view from the room was fine and the accommodation was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining experience was disappointing. The meals were often cold and lacked flavor, detracting from an otherwise lovely visit. For a hotel that offers great value, improvements in food quality would enhance the overall experience.
